Boltina handmade masterpieces are delicate objects, precious allies of elegance and style, worthy of proper conservation. All the materials these unique artifacts are made of require care and attention.

Cleaning and conservation

The contact of the artifacts with hot or boiling water can cause whitening or discoloration of the surface. For proper cleaning, we recommend using warm water and glycerin, possibly neutral soap. We recommend storing the precious artifacts properly positioned on a soft and dry surface, away from sources of light and heat.

We accept returns within 7 days of purchase, provided items are unused and in their original packaging.

Refunds will be processed within 7 business days of receiving the item. Shipping costs for returns are the customer's responsibility.

Sale items are non-refundable unless faulty. Customized items cannot be exchanged or refunded.

Orders are processed within 1-3 business days and shipped via trusted carriers. Delivery times vary based on location and shipping method selected. Customers will receive tracking information once the order has been shipped. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers. Free shipping is available for orders over CHF 200.--.

Shipping costs vary according to the total amount of the order and the delivery destination. Preparation and packaging costs are free. We recommend you to group all your items in a single order. We cannot combine two orders placed separately and shipping fees apply to each of them.

We accept major credit/debit cards, PayPal, and other secure payment methods displayed at checkout. All transactions are encrypted to ensure security. Payment must be made in full at the time of purchase. Taxes and fees will be calculated at checkout. Unauthorized transactions will result in order cancellation.
